A mildly acidic chemical compound for neutralizing alkaline residue on resilient tile flooring prior to sealing or finishing. Assures maximum performance from sealer or finish by chemically neutralizing residual alkalinity left over from stripping or alkaline detergents. Increases bond strength between acrylic polymers and flooring for enhanced durability. Saves money by preventing costly refinishing. An essential element of a total floor care program. Non-foaming. Non-staining.

Directions for Use:
Strip or clean floor as usual. Rinse well to remove as much alkaline residue as possible. Dilute 2-4 oz. of this product in warm water. Apply liberally with a mop, covering floor completely. Allow to remain on floor a few minutes to completely neutralize alkalinity. Use a mop or squeegee to remove excess solution. Allow to dry and apply floor sealer or finish.
