Our SpinVax 1000 Package is designed to make cleaning air ducts easier and more efficient. This system makes air duct cleaning a simple, one-person operation. As the cleaning tool is rotated throughout the duct at the tip of the flexible shaft (cable), a powerful brushing action easily loosens dust, dirt, and debris. These deposits are simultaneously removed by a powerful vacuum (Z-Vac). Our specially designed "Flex n' Fan" brush is capable of cleaning ducts 4" - 18". - Cable & Vacuum Hose Separated: The SpinVax System operates with the flexible cable separate of the vacuum hose. You will quickly see that maneuvering a flexible cable with the attached brush is much easier than maneuvering a vacuum hose with an attached brush! Many systems out there have the cable run inside the vacuum hose. This only causes increased chance of the cable breaking because of being restricted in the vacuum hose. More importantly.... try pushing a 1 1/2" Vacuum Hose with attached brush through the many twists and turns of duct work.... difficult.
- Brush Not Attached to Vacuum Hose: Going along with the same concept above, the SpinVax does not attach the brush to the vacuum hose. You use the reverse spinning brush attached to the flexible cable to "Sweep" the dirt back to the vacuum hose for removal. Other systems have the brush attached to the vacuum hose. When the brush spins at high RPM's, the dust & dirt spits back about 1 or 2 feet. If the brush is attached to the vacuum and the vacuum intake is only a couple inches behind the brush... aren't you missing some of that dirt you are spitting back a foot or so?
- More Power: The SpinVax System includes two totally seperate "Spinning" and "Vacuuming" machines: SpinVax 1000 Machine and the Z-Vac High Powered Vacuum. Each machine operates on a seperate circuit. The Z-Vac itself takes 14 amps to operate. This just shows you the power of our vacuum system. Other units on the market have both the "Spinning" and "Vacuuming" all in one machine. The machine operates on one powercord. How much power can a one powercord system really produce????
